    Sounds to me like this place writes its own review I just cancel an order simply because what other customers experienced before me the person on the phone taking orders needs to go to the kitchen and mop floors because she's not qualify to answer any questions whatsoever

    I order Chinese delivery from New China at least once or twice a month, and last night's service wasn't up to par. I ordered my food online (as I always do) at 6:41PM and I live 2.6 miles away. After 45 minutes, I called and they said "He's on the way". Another 20 minutes went by and I called again to check on my order and received the very same response "he's on the way". Finally, when the food was delivered at 7:46PM, it wasn't hot and somehow the form of payment that I used online wasn't entered correctly. So they called me back to get payment in which I said that I shouldn't have to pay for my meal. She just laughed and asked for my credit card number. When I told her that I was going to take my business elsewhere, she just told me to have a good evening. Didn't offer a discount on my food or to comp my meal. Very disappointed and will be going to another Chinese restaurant from here on out.

    Ordered at 7:28 on New Years Day and was eating at 7:48!!! That is service. The food was hot and delicious and exactly what we ordered. Thanks!!

    unbelievable I just ordered from them like 3 weeks in a row once out of the week. I go to order online and all the prices are raised well they got three weeks out of me. I don't like that why would you just raise your prices like that. I don't get it

    It seem stupid to me to charge delivery fee and require a person to send 20 dollars.

    These people are completely incompetent. I called before hand to give my address to make sure that they would be able to deliver to my house. It took them 8 tries to get my address right and assured me that they would be able to deliver to my home. They then told me that they wanted me to order online, I agreed to this. After ordering on their website (which is not very user-friendly) they called to tell me that my address was too far away (only 9 miles away)!!! I do not recommend this restaurant-they obviously are not concerned with their customer's happiness and are not very organized and do not know how to run a business.

    why is your on line coupon blank???? All other restaurants have coupons but yours is blank.
